What is UCan Virtual Health Inc?
UCan Virtual Health Inc is a separate technology platform for self pay, non emergency virtual visits with independent licensed providers. It does not replace emergency care.
How does UCan On Demand provide more flexible access?
UCan On Demand is an optional subscription that lets members request non emergency care anytime, including nights, weekends and holidays. It is separate from Pulmonary CC office hours and Dr. Mkono’s posted UCan schedule. Dr. Mkono may respond when available, or another participating provider may be available. Requests are not guaranteed. One subscription provides access to the participating On Demand network. Visit fees are separate, and UCan is self pay.
Can I see Dr. Mkono through UCan Virtual Health Inc?
Yes. Adults age 18 and older who are physically located in Florida may request a self pay virtual visit with Dr. Mkono based on her posted availability and state licensure.
Does UCan accept insurance?
UCan visits are self pay and are not billed to insurance. For an insurance based office or practice telehealth appointment with Pulmonary CC, call the office.
When will my UCan visit note be available?
After Dr. Mkono completes the visit note, it becomes available in your UCan portal. You can download it, print it, or fax it to your provider.
What should I do in an emergency?
UCan and Pulmonary CC virtual visits are for non emergency care only. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for urgent or life threatening symptoms.
